Conditions

To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to provide credit/debit card details.
As a deposit for any damage and to verify the validity and coverage of the card, a pre-authorization equal to the amount of the reservation will be made.

Payments accepted:
• Bank transfer
• Cash
• Credit/debit card (transaction fees are to be paid by the customer)

• In case of cancellation communicated within 3 days from the date of check in, a penalty equal to the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Similar time limitations apply in the case of early departure.
• Check in time is from 4pm to 9pm;
• Check out time is before 10,30 am;
• Any requests for check in or check out outside this hour can be made during the reservation process;
• In compliance with Art. 109 of the TULPS, a valid identity document must be provided. The data provided will be treated in compliance with the obligations or confidentialy and security regulation by current legislation and will be processed exclusively for pourposes relating to the activity;
• It is forbidden to bring in peoples whose identity documents have not been registration without the owner’s consent;
• Small and medium sized pets are allowed with a surcharge. It is forbidden to leave animals unattended inside the house;
• It is forbidden to smoke inside the house in which smoke sensors are installed;
• To open the entrance door the key must be used with the writing facing downward and vice versa;
• The pods of the espresso machine are LAVAZZA ESPRESSO POINT;
• For extended stays the change of linen place once a week from 10am to 12am;
• Before check in our staff checks that the system are functioning and that the swiches are all correctly positioned. Do not touch the swich under the air conditioner in the double bedroom otherwise malfunction could occur in the cooling system;
• In the summer the employee will go in the garden to water;

• Private party are strictly prohibited;
• The house is equipped of external videosurveillance and the entrance for security reason;
• If find any broken item please report it within an hour of check in, otherwise the house is considered delivered in perfect conditions;
• When not at home the doors, Windows and gate must be closed and light turned off;
• Upon check up the dishes must be clean, the house tidy and the rubbish placed in the bins outside the house;
• If the payment is not made on line it is required to make it at the check in including the payment of the city tax;
• This regulation is sent before check in and is therefore considered to have been, read ad accepted;
• The termostat must be used as per the instruction and must not be tampered with. In this case damages will be requested;

OBBLIGATION OF THE GUEST

• At the guest is required to compensate any damages caused to the house, to the forniture and complementary equipments;
• Silence must be observed from 9pm to 8am and from 1pm to 4pm;
• To return the key after the departure, the case the key are lost the guest is obliged to pay the replacement of  the locks.
